Hotel Dreamland Oasis

The welcome made the stay especially nice. Stella at reception was kind, helpful, and always greeted me with a warm smile. She made check-in easy and gave me great recommendations while I was there. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Thanks, Stella, for making my visit better. I highly recommend the hotel.

The location made it easy to get to the main attractions, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were friendly and attentive, and my room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I had a truly unforgettable stay, the hotel was simply amazing! 🤍🌴

The area was good, but poor management turned the stay into a painful experience. Getting there meant navigating narrow village roads packed with parked cars and traffic moving back and forth to get through. At reception, the staff couldn’t explain the payment details clearly in English. We had booked on their website, but they asked us to pay cash when we arrived because the site somehow couldn’t charge the card on file. The manager said that if we cancelled, they would charge one night to that same card. Check-in took about an hour. The room wasn’t maintained well. None of the outlets beside the beds worked, so we had to unplug the TV and take turns charging our devices. The bathroom was in terrible shape: the toilet flush got stuck at random, the sink drained water, and the shower doors jammed. One door fell on me, leaving me with several injuries and pieces of broken glass in my feet. Before that, my friend had passed out on the floor shortly after breakfast. The ER tests didn’t confirm food poisoning. Even after the incident, she couldn’t rest because hotel staff kept walking into the room. We spent the whole time there with a terrible headache and bandages. Management offered us an extra day and a few drinks as compensation. If that seems fair to you, you might enjoy staying here. 🥺

The rooms were old, small, uncomfortable, and dirty, nothing like the photos. Staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and never smiled. Their attitude wore me out. No one told us checkout was at 12. When we got back at 1:30 PM, the door was locked. Once we got in, the cleaning staff were already in the room while our things were still there. I went downstairs for a new card and asked for an iron, but they refused, saying we should have checked out by 12. Then they demanded half a day’s extra charge, and didn’t even offer a simple apology when we left. A very disappointing stay, far below the hospitality you’d expect. The place isn’t worth the price.
