The beach is only about a five-minute walk away, and it's much quieter than Batumi or Kobuleti. Oleg and his family were warm and attentive hosts. His children speak good English, and the family also speaks Russian. My stay at this guesthouse was very good. The rooms are clean and well equipped, with a private bathroom and air conditioner in each. The kitchen and dining area have everything needed to prepare meals. It works well for a solo guest, a couple, or a whole family.

The hosts were very welcoming, and the sea is close. The beach with sun loungers is about 200 meters away, while the city center is 1 km from the property.
