We arrived by taxi with our children and luggage after booking through Booking.com and receiving confirmation. The house was locked. The owner then sent me a private message saying it was already occupied. We’d never been treated this way during our year in Georgia.

The water heater is weak, which is the villa’s only drawback. It’s a beautiful place with an amazing view, and the owner is very kind and does her best to show you around.
