For our 60eur stay, breakfast was a tiny omelette to share between two people, stale bread, four small pieces of cheese, jam, and the cheapest instant coffee. It was ridiculous. The staff were rude and made it clear they didn't care about our stay or the problems we had, acting as if they had nothing to do with them. This wasn't worth the price.
We ordered dinner an hour and a half ahead, and it was freshly made and very good. Our grandson asked for tomato sauce, which they didn't have, but the staff specially made some for him. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the dining room had a lovely cozy wood fire.
Wine tasting, a great location, and lovely accommodation made for a fantastic stay. Many thanks to Mary for making the whole experience so memorable. Highly recommend.
It's a lovely vineyard stay, with roomy accommodations opening onto a pretty garden where you can sit and relax. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hospitality is wonderful. Their food was delicious, and the wine they make themselves was spot on. I'd really recommend it.
This little place has stayed with me. We went last year before our three-day trek in Tusheti, and the staff were so kind that I still remember them. They helped us find a local 4x4 driver for the difficult road to Omalo, and let us leave our bags there while we were trekking. When we came back, they remembered we were from the south of France and asked about the attack in Nice because they were worried about us. It was sad news, but so caring of them. I also remember a lovely dinner and good wine.
