Anna's Guest House Gori Guest House

The guest wine was a lovely extra, and the central location made it easy to explore the city. I found the place clean and comfortable, and the host was so friendly and welcoming. It's a simple, relaxing place to stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Anna is so sweet and looked after our needs. The hospitality was warm, and there’s a fridge we could use plus a shared kitchen for making tea. The washroom is shared with the other rooms, but it was very clean. Our room had windows facing inside the house and felt a bit stuffy. The building is an older Soviet style, though refurbished and adequate for basic needs. The beds were really uncomfortable, with springs that sank when we lay down. The blanket was cozy, but I couldn't sleep all night. Breakfast was very basic, just a boiled egg, bread, butter, and tea. There’s no electric kettle in the room, so we had to go downstairs each time, which is hard if you need hot water during the night. A few more room amenities might make the stay more comfortable.

The cleanliness was excellent, and the house had a lovely, warm atmosphere. The hostess was wonderful too, and the Georgian dishes were delicious. I recommend visiting this guesthouse.

The host was lovely, and we really enjoyed the big, slightly old-fashioned house. It was in a perfect spot, within walking distance of the museum. The room was a little cold, but the thick blankets helped.
