There was hardly anywhere nearby to get food, just two small markets with basic products and no cafes. The hotel wouldn’t let us use its kitchen, so we had almost no meal options. Staff seemed uninterested and had poor customer service skills. They couldn’t find our reservation, which caused avoidable stress and delay, and the room was very small. The hotel felt unprepared and unaccommodating, with basic hospitality lacking. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The beach is only a minute away. Our room was bright and clean, with new furnishings, comfortable mattresses, and nice bedding. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the homemade sour cream and cakes.

The host is very friendly, and she shared useful tips on shopping and sightseeing. There’s a nice kitchen guests can use to cook for themselves. Kolkheti national park is very close by. The house has a lovely view, especially from the top floor, and the sandy beach is 150 m away.

Dinner and breakfast were both very good. The house is large and very clean, and it’s close to the sea and a beautiful fine sandy beach. The older woman seems to speak Russian, while the younger woman with a child speaks very good English.
