The rooms had balconies with stunning mountain views, and they were clean and nicely heated. Hotel Qumli has a modern but cozy feel that worked well for our ski trip and time relaxing in the mountains. It's close to the Gudauri Recreational Area, so getting to the slopes was easy. We also enjoyed the meals at the restaurant, and breakfast was a good start to the day.

The balcony gave us lovely views of the surrounding scenery, and there was plenty of outdoor space for playing in the snow. Our room was neat and much more spacious than we expected, with enough room to relax. The restaurant and kitchen team deserve a special mention. They went out of their way with thoughtful surprises for my son's birthday, and everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. The room price felt reasonable for the quality. We had a delightful stay, and I'd recommend this apartment hotel to anyone visiting Gudauri.

In February 2024, I had one of the worst stays I've had anywhere. The restaurant party carried on until 3 am, and I couldn't sleep even with earplugs. Check-in took 20 minutes, then they put me in someone else's room. The rooms were clean but basic and poorly thought out, the service was poor, and breakfast was bad. A terrible stay.

After a long journey, I arrived to check in at 10:00 p.m., but housekeeping hadn't prepared the room. I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready. The room was very dirty, and the hotel was bad anyway.

I paid for a room two months before my trip, but then the host asked for a higher price. I declined, so the host canceled my booking. Now all the prices are high when I try to book.
