I can't recommend this place. My group was treated very poorly, though other guests may have had a different experience. We faced disrespect and dismissive behavior, and the owner of the hotel/cottage made threats that nearly escalated into physical violence. The owner denies responsibility for problems, saying the hotel and cottage aren't connected. Yet they appear to be managed together, including meals and cleaning, so that explanation felt like an effort to avoid responsibility. At checkout, he insisted on cash only. When we said we'd rather pay by credit card, he became aggressive, raised his hand, and seemed ready to hit us. The whole stay was unpleasant and intimidating. Think carefully before booking.

We stayed in two rooms, and both were cleaned every day. The place was very nice, with friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style, and both were good and tasty, especially dinner.

We were promised a different room from the one we actually got, but were charged the same price anyway. The owners were rude and unkind, and treated us very badly.

We were required to pay in cash. The hotel owner treated us in a very inappropriate way, and the encounter felt almost violent.

The rooms were nice, and the price for the quality was very good. The staff were genuinely helpful, and the hotel is close to the slopes. The downside was the food: the buffet dinner was 25 lari for half a table's worth.
