The view from our room was amazing, and the hotel was clean, looked after, and peaceful. It’s also close to the ski resort. Mr. George was so kind and welcoming. He showed us around the hotel and room, and was always ready to help. When my daughter got hungry late at night, he still took our order even though the restaurant had closed. Those little things really matter. David at the restaurant was great too. It felt like home, and I’d happily recommend it to families. Thanks, and I hope we can come back soon.

The food was really good, and this is a nice little boutique hotel. The owner gives you plenty of personal attention and can help with taxis, tours, and general advice about the region. One thing to plan for: the hotel is off the main road, and the access path may need a 4x4 or high-clearance vehicle in heavy snow or rain. Arrange transport through the hotel and the owner will take care of you.

Getting to the ski lift takes about 10 minutes on foot, roughly 700 metres. The sauna costs extra, which was a bit of a letdown. I’d hoped it would be available all day for everyone, but it’s private and has to be booked separately. This is a really nice family-run hotel, and the staff did their best to make my stay good. They arranged airport pickup and even let me check out late so I could ski before heading to the airport. Much of the delicious food comes from their own farm.

Breakfast had lots of tasty options and was really good. The reception staff were lovely and always attentive to what we needed. It’s a comfortable hotel, too, with beautiful mountain views. Highly recommended.

The receptionist was really kind and helpful. The hotel itself is good, but the rooms could be better equipped, especially with more storage for a ski trip.
