I’ve stayed there in both summer and winter, and found it safe and good overall. The location is perfect, close to everything, with shops nearby and a police station right in front. My flat was #405 on the 4th floor, with a perfect view. It’s a 10-minute walk to the first ski lift.

We spent five nights at Marshall Gudauri and had a very good stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, a nice place to relax after a full day skiing. The area is quiet, but restaurants, hotels, and resort facilities are all within walking distance. The location worked especially well for skiing. The complex is near Gudauri Lodge and Marco Polo, and the first ski lift is about a five-minute walk away. We’d happily stay here again.

Restaurants are nearby, and there's a Spar downstairs, so the location worked well for our four days. One evening the power went out, but the staff got it back on in about 15 minutes.

We had a lot of fun during our two-night stay. I'm gavy, owner of Singh travel, and I haven't come across a hotel with service and a location this good at such a comfortable price. I'd strongly recommend staying here!

The groceries are close, and it's fine for a short stay. For skiing, though, I'd choose upper gudauri since it's more accessible.
