Hotel Tsiga

The team at Hotel Tsiga Gudauri were warm and welcoming from the minute we arrived, and always happy to help with a smile. That kindness made the stay really comfortable. We had delicious, fresh food, and breakfast came with a nice range of choices, just right before heading out into the snow. Getting ski equipment was simple too: the hotel offers rentals at reasonable prices and the staff guided us through it, so we didn’t have to look around elsewhere. A comfortable stay, good meals, fair rental prices, and genuinely kind people. I’d recommend Hotel Tsiga Gudauri to anyone heading to Gudauri.

The birthday celebration for my father really showed how much care the staff at Tsiga put into their guests. They arranged a special meal in the kitchen with plenty of food and alcohol, and even found us a delicious cake. The ski equipment service was excellent, and shuttles ran to and from the lift several times a day, which made things easy. We were welcomed warmly and upgraded to larger rooms than we’d booked. The rooms were clean, the food was great, and the atmosphere felt like a family home. It was much more than just a hotel. If you need a place in Gudauri, look no further than Tsiga.

The hotel restaurant was a hit with us. We ate there several times, and the food was delicious each time. Breakfast was tasty and enough to set us up for the day. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Hotel Tsiga in Gudauri is small and cozy, with a family feel that makes it welcoming from the start. The shuttle was especially useful: our paid airport transfer went smoothly both ways, and a free daily ride to the ski lift made getting out to ski stress-free. We also got a great special discount on ski rental through the hotel. A lovely place with personal service and wonderful people. We’d definitely come back.

We rented skis right at Hotel Tsiga, and getting to the slopes was easy too. They drove us there each morning and picked us up when we didn’t ski back. The skiing was generally good, the snow was great, though the area was a little smaller than we expected and the very top opened for just one day. We’ve just returned from four nights and loved our stay. It’s a family-run hotel, and Giorgie, Saba and the team were welcoming and helpful throughout. The common living and dining area was a relaxed spot after skiing. Our room was spotless and warm, with a very comfortable bed and lovely mountain views. They handled gluten-free and coeliac needs brilliantly, with plenty of tasty options at breakfast and dinner. I was genuinely grateful for the care. Five stars from us!
