BE CAREFUL!!!! I lost everything I paid for this booking without ever staying there, because Mr Yury refused to return any money. After my wife's work situation changed and we couldn't travel, I asked for the cancellation fees to be waived and for a refund. The reservation had been made on 16th January for four nights from 18th of Feb, and I sent the request on the 27th of January, so there was plenty of notice. Mr Yury ignored my messages and showed no understanding of what had happened. His response felt completely unfair and dismissive of us as a couple. I'd avoid this host. You can't predict what may happen, and it seemed to me that taking the money mattered more than treating us fairly. Be careful.
