Even with the hostel fully booked, the room and bathrooms stayed impressively clean the whole time. The food was a highlight too, with a different, really tasty dish each day, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The hosts were lovely and helped with any information we needed. There’s a ski lift nearby that isn’t so crowded, which makes the location excellent. I had an amazing stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Gudauri.

There’s good wifi, it’s generally clean, and it’s close to the chairlift. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were amazing. Pool and fussball made evenings more sociable. Such a great place for solo travelers!

Snow House felt really familiar and welcoming, and I had a great time there. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, as were the staff and owners. You can rent all your ski gear there for cheap. I really enjoyed my stay. Greetings from Ben.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the hostel itself was nice and clean. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and filling. The nearest lift is a five-minute walk in snowboard boots. Shops and bars are about 20 minutes away on foot, which was the only slight downside, but it wasn’t a big issue. I really enjoyed my stay.

It’s a good place, but my experience with the manager was upsetting. I used the wrong bathroom to shower because I hadn’t been told I couldn’t use it. In the middle of my bath, two people came knocking and shouting for me to get out. The manager, Irakil I guess, yelled, “Who told you that you can use this bathroom?” I explained I didn’t know, and that I wouldn’t have made that mistake if someone had told me beforehand, but I found the way he spoke to me very disrespectful. He also charged me an extra 50 lari for booking by cash through him. If you stay here, try to keep away from the owners, apart from the lovely ladies in the kitchen.
