The room and pool were dirty, and the hotel was very uncomfortable. There was no breakfast and no service.

The building looks nice and shiny, but the place itself is quite dirty. I wouldn't stay here.

We stayed as a group six years ago. The rooms were musty, moldy, and stinky, despite the hotel's luxurious appearance. The breakfast served by the hostess felt like a complete rip-off. The management, Natalia from Ufa and Zurik, is local. If the same owners are still there, leave immediately.

The beds and mattresses were poor, and the synthetic sheets were awful in the heat. There was no air conditioning or TV in the rooms, and they were very stuffy. The room doors had glass panels, so everything inside could be seen in the evening; we had to cover them with a bedspread. The pool and play area make the hotel look inviting from outside, and at first the inside seems just as grand. But the food was awful: the shashlik and khachapuri were barely edible, to put it mildly. We had to feed it all to the dog living on the grounds and went to bed hungry. If you're passing through and need somewhere to sleep, drive on and find somewhere better for the same money.
