The rooms were clean, the food was tasty, and the staff were really kind. The sea is close by too.

The sea is only about a hundred meters away, close enough that you can hear the surf while you sleep. We also loved the on-site meals, all freshly prepared and delicious, and the breakfasts were just as good. The hosts are warm and helpful, and the summer veranda is a lovely cozy spot. Our room was spacious, with a soft bed; there are over 100 TV channels if that matters to you. A great place for a family stay, and a real treat for travelers who appreciate the details.

We loved sitting outside together for breakfast in the shady private garden, and the food was excellent. Breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner can also be ordered. The hotel is quiet, with no traffic or music to disturb the sound of the surf at night. It's just 60 meters from the waterfront. The building, front garden, and rooms have a modern, tasteful look, and rooms on the second and third floors have sea-view balconies. Inside, the rooms are clean and spacious, with high ceilings and working plumbing. There are tables in the garden too. We'd happily stay at Simpatiya again.

We were 100 meters from the sea, and internet was available. I liked our 30-square-meter triple room, which had three beds, a leather sofa, an armchair, two nightstands, and a veranda with a table, chairs, and drying rack. It also had a toilet, shower, refrigerator, older non-flat-screen TV, and air conditioning, though no hairdryer. The air conditioner gave us some trouble, but a technician came and fixed it straight away. Staff were helpful and seemed conscientious. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily, while bed linen was changed every five days. Breakfast was good overall, though it could have had more variety; the dumplings were semi-prepared. I took off a point because there was no hairdryer, shampoo, or shower gel.
