The beach is about a 5-minute walk away, with clear water and small, comfortable pebbles. Pine trees by the shore make the air feel wonderfully fresh. The area is quiet, especially compared with Batumi. This was the most welcoming guesthouse in Georgia for us. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable. Thank you! We'll definitely be back.

The pool came in handy when the sea had a red flag, though I prefer swimming in the sea. Our rooms were bright and clean, and the home-cooked meals were delicious and varied. You can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We were three: my husband, my 5-year-old, and me, and had only positive experiences. The guesthouse is in a quiet spot, the hosts were attentive and welcoming, and the sea is close, about a 5-7-minute walk. We'll definitely come again!

I contacted them to clarify the room price, and they said it was $35 per person. For a single room, they then wanted twice as much for a large bed. When I asked why the price was so high if it was considered a "hotel," they got upset, said they weren't going to explain anything, told me to find somewhere else, and said not to call again. The wine and chacha the owner serves were heavenly, and I never had a headache afterward...))) Mamuka Revazovich and his wonderful wife and hostess, Sophia, gave us an unforgettable, vibrant holiday in majestic and proud Georgia. We’re grateful for their warmth and hospitality, for sharing the local character, and for helping us get to know the country, especially Kobuleti. Their comfortable hotel and welcoming atmosphere made the vacation unforgettable. This trip will stay in our memories and hearts, and in our family's collection of holidays. We left a piece of ourselves in Georgia, in Kobuleti, and hope to return every year to discover more of the country's beauty and traditions, and to stay again at this beautiful, luxurious hotel.
