The owners and staff are very welcoming and focused on good service and quality. The hotel is easy to find on the main street, and the spacious rooms have plenty of room for families and the essentials you need. There's also a restaurant with the same name, serving delicious Georgian food from a varied menu that includes kids' options.

The hotel has a lovely backyard with a pool, grass, trees, and loungers. Its location is convenient, about 200 meters from the beach, and there's an air conditioner and mid-size fridge in the room. The restaurant and hotel being together under the same owner is especially handy. Our room was clean and spacious, with two balconies, and the staff were friendly. The reservation went smoothly, and there's private parking accessed from another street, Rustaveli Street. You press the intercom to speak with the administrator and have the gate opened. The TV had been dismantled, but we didn't mind and had no time to watch it.

Chero is a cozy place for a getaway with friends or family. The staff were amazing, always friendly and smiling, and the pool was very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with balconies. The food was the BEST Georgian food, and the restaurant is popular for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location is hard to beat, just a two-minute walk to the beach.

The restaurant food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very nice. The hotel is lovely, with the sea just a two-minute walk away. Having a pool is a nice bonus, and there's a large playground nearby if you're traveling with children.

They've recently renovated this great hotel, and it has one of the city's best restaurants.
