We chose this hotel after friends recommended it for our family's first trip to Georgia. The view from the window was breathtaking, and the spot is handy for getting to the beach, restaurants, and wine houses. Before we arrived, I asked about a transfer from Kobuleti train station and reception got back to me within an hour with all the details. When we got there, everyone welcomed us and we felt at home. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. Definitely a favorite place to stay. Thank you so much!

Mia and her team made our holiday wonderful. The pool was clean and well kept, and the rooms were top class. We also ate very well: the food was clean, nicely prepared, and beautifully presented. The staff were professional and knew their jobs. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high class holiday.

The location is good, but I really can't recommend staying here. We couldn't get help with even simple requests, and the answer seemed to be no every time. Could we get coffee? No. Check in? No. Leave our bags while we waited? No. It felt like the staff had no idea how to treat customers, and the owner didn't seem to care about their service. The attitude was so rude and frustrating that it could easily make your companion angry. The owner needs to change the reception staff or train them to help guests instead of refusing every request. I hope this review helps people choose somewhere else and prompts the owner to do something.

The hotel itself isn't anything special, maybe two stars at best. The staff, though, were all extremely nice and a real pleasure to deal with.
