Level Up Hotel

The interior and exterior looked great, and the location was easy to find, but we came hoping for a relaxed evening with friends and Acharuli khachapuri, and it didn't work out that way. The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. We asked them to turn it down a little, but nothing changed, and the noise left us mentally tired while we waited for the khachapuri. The staff also seemed nonchalant and made little effort. We expected the khachapuri to be one of the best because locals had recommended the place, but I was really disappointed. The dough was soft rather than crunchy, and the cheese was strange, with everything feeling totally disconnected. I wouldn't recommend coming here to chill, rest, and eat.

The portions were impressive, and the meal was really tasty. It was peaceful and relaxing, with excellent, attentive waitstaff. I had a great time and will definitely come back.

The kharcho was okay, but the meat pancakes were absolutely terrible. They were very fatty and had a nasty taste, like old pork. We asked to send them back because we really didn't like them, but the waitress said it was beef and left the dish on the table. The omelette was over-salted, too.

We went to Level Up twice during our stay in Kobuleti and really enjoyed both dinners. The beef stew and barbecue options were especially outstanding, and we loved the food and service. The interior design is beautiful, with a great atmosphere.
