You can bring pets, and the beach is right there, with hardly anyone around. There's a cafe on site and the closest shop is about 200 meters away. Oleg and his wife were lovely, attentive hosts, and the hotel itself was excellent.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and each floor has a shared kitchen for its four rooms. Our window looked either toward the sea or a meadow with grazing cows. If dogs aren't your thing, this may not be the place for you, even though they're friendly. Jessie, the cheerleader of the bunch, had three puppies, and they made our stay more fun. The local dogs are playful too, and might join you on the beach for a game of catch the stick. Oleg will pick guests up from or drop them at the public transport station himself. Kobuleti is easier to get to by car. The hotel is only about two minutes from the sea, and I doubt you'll find better value for this price. Oleg and his wife are very welcoming, and guests include Georgians from other regions as well as visitors from abroad. There's a restaurant at the hotel. Daria's trout and kharcho are great, though I'd skip her khinkali, which is made with pre-cooked ingredients. People also go fishing in a nearby sea tributary. 100 points!

The hotel was clean and had what vacationers need. We really liked the peaceful setting, away from the noise and bustle, and the sea was just a three-minute walk. We'll definitely come back!

You can walk to the sea from here, and the rooms are excellent. The hosts are warm and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend it.
