Large, clean rooms. The bathroom is shared.

There's a cozy courtyard of its own, which not many places in Kobuleti have. A decent, inexpensive cafe is on site too. Good hotel.

There's lots of room for kids to play, and the place has its own cafe. It's fairly quiet, apart from the roosters crowing in the morning.
