Calling this place a hotel feels like a joke. The towels were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, and the staff couldn't communicate in English or take in our negative feedback. We had booked two rooms with balconies, but were told none were available, even though we saw at least one. Russian guys who arrived after us got the balcony rooms. Since we didn't get the rooms we ordered, we shouldn't have paid the same price for two rooms without a view or balcony. Staff insisted there was no price difference, although checking Booking.com would show otherwise. They seemed set in their ways. If you want people to get angry with you for asking for a clean towel and toilet paper when there was none, and to feel cheated, this is the place for you. Enjoy the great photos of our rooms.

The room was clean and the view was spectacular, so the stay wasn't bad. But the breakfast I paid 10 lari for was very poor and had almost no variety. The only thing I could eat was the orange juice.

The hotel is in pretty poor condition, and not everyone at reception speaks English. We had an uncomfortable night. A private apartment would be a better choice.

It's a good enough place. The rooms are clean and get plenty of natural light, and the staff are friendly. I felt comfortable there.

The beach and city center are easy to get to from here. The location and grounds are lovely, and everything is fairly clean.
