Our four-bed room felt bright and spacious, and the hosts were really attentive. The place is central enough that all the main bars and restaurants are easy to reach on foot. We met people here who made us want to come back. Saba deserves a special mention, he’s the best host we’ve ever had.

The rooms were cozy and clean, and the location was excellent. Saba was helpful and quick to respond the whole time. When it was snowing heavily, he offered to drive us to the bus station and arranged a late checkout because of the weather. Thanks so much, Saba ❤️

I especially loved the garden, with its lovely decorations and view of Bagrati Cathedral. The hotel sits in the heart of the city, in a beautiful neighborhood with cultural heritage. The rooms are clean and quiet, a little small, but had what we needed to feel comfortable and relax. Thanks, Hotel 1870!

Getting around Kutaisi was easy from this hotel since it’s so close to the center and local sights. The staff were attentive and quick to help with whatever we needed. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend it as a comfortable base.
