The manager was kind, and it’s an easy walk to the nearby town center. The place feels more like a homestay, though. Our bathroom was tiny and its door needs repair. The mattress wasn’t comfortable, and the curtain let in lots of light from a streetlamp nearby.

The hostess was so attentive and caring, and even gave me an extra lunch. Her homemade food was excellent, breakfast was tasty and generous, and the bed was comfortable. The location is unbeatable, with lovely views. Still, there was no water for 24 hours, which was half my stay. I know that’s a city issue, but it affected us all the same. The shower curtain is too short and leaves the floor wet, and there’s no sound insulation. The stairs are especially noisy, so avoid the first room on the left. There are no blinds, either, and guests have to share the one gate key.

It’s a calm, quiet spot right by the river, with a beautiful view. The hostess was kind and caring, and treated us like family. She even made a special breakfast for our child, which was delicious.

The lake is right beside the place, so the views are great. We felt completely at home thanks to the grandma who hosted us. A wonderful place to stay in Kutaisi. Thank you for everything.

Our beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. There’s a nice terrace and a good bathroom, too. The host was lovely and spoke a little English. We enjoyed our stay.
