We liked it enough to stay here again on our way from Svaneti back to Tbilisi. It felt like a home away from home, and is probably the best guesthouse you can find in Kutaisi. Natia and her dachshund Maylo are so friendly, and Natia speaks English and is easy to reach on WA. The hilltop location is about five minutes by car from the center, and parking is available inside the guesthouse grounds. There's a big shared kitchen and terrace with a stunning city view, stocked with a kettle, oven, microwave, all sorts of dishes, cooking oil, TV, board games, and tea. There's also a pool in summer. The one snag was our room's bathroom: without a shower cabin or curtain, the tiles got covered in water after showering. We had slippers, so it wasn't a huge deal, but the wet floor gets very slippery.

The view from the property is beautiful, and the dogs were lovely company. During our five days, the hosts guided us around and shared really useful local knowledge. They charged much less than other tourism options in Kutaisi, and the exceptionally kind owner even took us to local shops and treated us to spicy local food you won't find in restaurants. It was a very convenient, immersive stay. When we left, they gave us homemade wine, a lovely gesture that showed their warmth and hospitality. We'll always cherish this trip. Thank you so much! ❤️

Nadia was so kind and looked after everything we needed. The family are lovely, and the place had what we needed while we were there. We're a family of four with two kids, and it all worked out fine. It's close to town, but out in a remote area, so you need a ride to get there. Their little dog Milo is a total sweetheart too. Thanks again 😊.

The rooftop was the highlight, such a relaxing spot to enjoy the views and have some homemade wine. We also had a swimming pool right in front of our room, which was a great surprise for this location. The city and mountains looked beautiful from the guest house, and the interior was awesome. It was sunny, so we needed to turn on the air conditioner, but otherwise everything was great. I booked without expecting much and came away refreshed. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Kutaisi, Georgia. You can walk into town and see the main attractions.

A nice setup for families, with large rooms, friendly owners, a little garden pool, and a big rooftop terrace with a kitchen guests can use. It's a family-run place on the hill beside the city, with a cable car you can take down.
