The owners were kind, open-minded, and down to earth, and we had a great view. At first the room was cold, but the air-conditioning warmed it up. There were plenty of towels and the bedding was clean cotton. Breakfast was really nice too: warm things came warm, and cold things were served cold. Definitely a place I’d recommend for a stay.

The rooftop pool was refreshing after a hot day, and from our spacious room balcony we had great views over the city and surrounding mountains. The modern hotel is well appointed and just a short walk from central park and other attractions. Breakfast was plentiful, with great views from the top floor restaurant, and free car parking was a bonus. Receptionist Ani was kind, friendly, and accommodating to my family's needs. We thought the hotel was great, and I really can’t understand the negative reviews.

Getting to Hotel Balcony from Tbilisi was a real struggle because of transport problems, and the reception team helped me make it there. The receptionist also guided me through buying return train tickets from Kutaisi to Batumi, which was especially helpful since the Georgian Railways site is confusing for foreign visitors. They even let me have breakfast after I overslept. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I’d happily stay here again.

The room was spacious and really nice, and the host was so friendly and helpful. I’d gladly come back. My one gripe is the breakfast, which could be better. The location was nice too, though I wish it were closer to the center.
