Kakha made every day better with his bright smile and wonderful service. We loved staying here. The location is very central, with plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby, and there’s free parking. Breakfast was nice, and the shower was warm. I’d pick an even-numbered room, especially the one with river views and a private balcony. Guests sensitive to noise might hear an electrical buzzing in the odd-numbered rooms. When our car battery died, Kakha helped us quickly and efficiently. We’ll be back someday!

We spent two nights here while exploring Kutaisi and Martvili. Kakha was such a friendly, funny host, always around to help and happy to chat about Georgia and football over breakfast. Our rental car battery died, and he got us going again right away with jump leads. I’d recommend the hotel for its location, but especially for Kakha, one of the friendliest hosts ever. Some rooms are noisy because of the electricity central next door, while in others you can’t hear it at all.

We had a lovely two-night stay and would absolutely recommend it. Everyone was welcoming, especially Ika and Kakha, who were attentive and always answered our questions. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed eating in the cute little dining area. Thanks for everything!

The balcony had a stunning view, and the hotel is in one of the best spots in the city. The food was delicious and filling, and the service was so nice. Big thanks to “super duper” kakha.

Kakha gave the place its warm, easygoing feel from the start. He’s kind, upbeat, always up for a chat or a laugh, and made us feel well looked after. The rooms are modern and well equipped, with stylish bathrooms, AC, mini fridges, and very comfortable beds. The balcony and terrace both have phenomenal views. Breakfast each morning was generous, with tasty local specialties. Kakha may also offer you a glass of Chacha, the traditional Georgian spirit, as part of the welcoming atmosphere. This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I hope lots more people get to enjoy it. Wholeheartedly recommend it!
