The bathroom had a cracked toilet seat, a broken light by the mirror, a leaking lab water pipe that left swamp-like conditions, and a shower hose with holes in it. The towel warmer was installed inside the shower, too. We were pressed for payment as soon as we woke up. From beginning to end the welcome was unfriendly, unless cash was being handed over. There was a lot of whining and a victim mentality. Other guests have described similar experiences. The owner’s vocabulary seemed to be limited to "))" and "ahaha aha". Business owners make their own problems and have only themselves to blame. There are plenty of decent hotels elsewhere, so I’d stay away from this one.

Hotel Vladi is in a great spot, with places all around that you can reach on foot. Our room was clean and set up with towels, shampoo, and soap, and it had AC and wifi. The owner gave us a warm welcome and offered help if we needed anything. It has a cozy feel, and I’d recommend it. Thank you.

We stayed for two nights and had a really good time. The beds were comfortable, and getting in touch over WhatsApp was quick and clear. Vladi arranged a tour of the sights around Kutaisi and answered all our questions about Georgia. He also helped with our special request to print boarding passes. For the price, the room was a win-win.

Very clean, with a good location and comfortable rooms. The beds are good and the AC works well. The water takes a while to heat, but once it does, it’s properly hot. The only inconvenience is that they don’t take cards.

The location was a real highlight, just a two-minute walk from the city center, with restaurants, markets, and sights nearby. Our room was warm, clean, and very nice. The owner arranged our airport transport and pointed us to a great place for dinner. There’s also coffee and tea available outside the room. We loved our stay.
