We had two rooms, and the kitchen and shared spaces were spotless as well. Check-in went smoothly even though we arrived very early in the morning. The location is less than a five-minute walk from the city center, on a smaller, quiet street. A restaurant is right next door, and there’s a bakery and local supermarket a few minutes away. The only thing that woke me once was birdsong, which I loved! :) I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Kutaisi.

We stayed for two nights while cycling around Georgia. The courtyard was handy for keeping our bikes, enjoying the weather, and hanging clothes to dry. There’s a washing machine with no extra charge, plus good access to the kitchen. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a simple hostel feel. I also liked the distinctive traditional Georgian textiles and crafts. The location is great, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Very affordable, plenty of room, and well looked after. It’s within walking distance of the city centre. The host was great and made everything hassle-free, while giving guests their own space. This was the best place I’ve stayed in Georgia. It deserves more recognition. 😍

Clean and relaxed, with almost hostel-level prices. The place has all the amenities a hotel can offer except breakfast, though there’s a kitchen guests can use. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Kutaisi. Highly recommend.
