The owner was funny and easygoing, and the terrace had a lovely view. The rooms were good for the low price, though the place isn't in the centre.

The rooms were warm and cozy, with clean linens, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. There's also a roomy kitchen for making your own food, and the price is reasonable. The host made us feel welcome. From the highway, the views of the Rioni River, Kutaisi, and the Bagrati Cathedral were gorgeous, and the city centre isn't far away. Highly recommend it!

We spent pleasant evenings with Georgian wine and a light breeze on the beautiful veranda overlooking the city. The guesthouse was fantastic, with excellent rooms, air conditioning, and all the amenities. Our host was so welcoming, and everything felt comfortable and top-notch!

The lake and waterfalls from the excursions are still on my mind. Our host Kakha was so hospitable, and if he offers to take you on an excursion, go!
