We had a great time in this modern place, and the swing was a lot of fun. The room was somewhat dark, but that didn't bother us. It had a nice atmosphere, and they even gave us complimentary wine at check-in.

The staff were friendly, and we slept comfortably with a decent shower. The design is stylish, but the lighting is a real problem. It was hard to see the keypads in the hallway, and the room was so dim that packing and putting on makeup were difficult. With no breakfast available, a tea and coffee station guests could use at any time would help. Some tips for nearby breakfast spots would be useful as well.

The spotless rooms and welcoming feel made it easy to settle in. Rotel is beautifully designed, cozy, and comfortable, and the owners clearly put care into keeping the whole place in great shape, from the lobby to every corner. We felt warmly welcomed, just as you'd hope to in Kutaisi. It offers good value and lovely service. I'd happily stay here again on future visits.

For me, this is the most stylish place in Kutaisi. Stop by the bar for a petnat and meet the owners, they're such kind, open-minded people. Thank you, I'll be back ❤️

The staff made us feel right at home, and our kids loved the place. It was such a comfortable, cozy hotel, and we had a really relaxing stay. A must-stay in Kutaisi, highly recommend.
