The rooms are spacious, and the guy running the place is attentive and nice. There’s air conditioning, the hot water works fine, and the bathroom has no sewage smell. I liked the wooden interiors, the breakfast was decent, and it’s in a good spot on a quiet street. Still, the stay was miserable because of the noise. Some long-term guests behave badly and keep slamming doors. One person runs up and down the very noisy wooden stairs around thirty times a day, starting at 7:30 in the morning. It turned the guest house into a noise horror. There are no blinds on the windows or bedside lamps, and the sheets are much smaller than the mattress. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back unless the hooligans are kicked out.

It’s a friendly place with clean, comfortable rooms, close to the city center. There are five supermarkets and a pharmacy just two or three minutes away. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the TV has lots of channels.
