We really enjoyed staying here and would happily recommend it. The owners were the best part, so kind and pleasant. The accommodation was clean, with a spacious balcony, and it's on a quiet street just a few minutes' walk from the center.

A peaceful balcony and a quiet street made this a lovely spot, with the central town area only a 10-minute walk away. The room and bathroom were clean, and the family gave us such a warm welcome.

Megi was an amazing, friendly host, and arranging things around Kutaisi was no problem. She also works with the excellent local agency “ARDA TRAVEL,” which can arrange excursions, transport, SIM cards, and an all-inclusive setup. We were able to check in after 1am, too. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning in each one. There are two bathrooms outside the rooms per floor, shared among four rooms, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We stayed at ZARZMA GUEST HOUSE FOR 3. Nights, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to experience true Georgia.

The owners were lovely and very helpful. There were lots of bathrooms, and the bedrooms were clean. I'd recommend it.
