We booked at midnight for a one-night stay at this new hotel in Martvili, and they welcomed us kindly and upgraded our room for free. The owner speaks English and was very helpful, with good suggestions for places to see in Martvili. Everything was good overall. The bathroom was clean, though I think it could have been a little cleaner.

The owner was very helpful and upgraded our room at no charge so we could sleep away from the main road. The place is in the main area, and they let us use the kitchen and washing machine. We also got directions to remote places to visit that we hadn’t found on Google. 100% recommended.

We arrived without a reservation during the low season, and David and his wife were so kind. They got everything sorted quickly, prepared our room, and showed us what we needed. Since almost every place was closed, they also took us to a nice pub. They suggested places to visit and gave us lots of other tips. Thanks so much, and we wish you all the best. Giorgia&Giacomo

We’d booked a week ahead and reached the hotel at 3pm after a really long journey, but the room still wasn’t ready because the previous guest had checked out late. We were told, “not our problem,” and that hotels often let guests stay longer, even in 5* hotels, so the next guests have to wait. The room also lacked all the listed facilities, including a fridge, a kettle in the room, and toiletries. We’d paid extra for a better room and felt ripped off, so we left without staying.
