Being right in the centre made getting to shops and restaurants easy, with no hills to climb. We had a private bathroom with an enclosed shower, and there’s laundry available for 10 GEL. The roof terrace with beanbags was a lovely extra. Our twin room was at the back, and the price was great for such a central location. We also liked having a small kitchen on each floor, though a fridge on the top floor would’ve been useful. The room got very hot in summer. I suspect the front rooms cool down better because their windows are larger, but they cost more.

There’s a shared kitchen just outside the room, with a fridge and kettle, which was handy. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a new shower and good mattresses. It gets a bit warm without AC. We barely spoke with the owners or other guests, so I think it suits couples or families better than people hoping to meet other travelers.

We booked two nights and really liked the huge room and its balcony. The hotel was clean and modern, and communication with them was excellent. Shops and restaurants are just a minute away, right in the centre of Mestia. 7⭐️/7⭐️ I definitely recommend it.

We first booked this hotel on our way to Ushguli, then stayed again on the way back. It’s great value, with clean rooms and a perfect location. Recommended.

The location is excellent, right in the city centre and near the road, yet quiet. The price is reasonable, and the room has a comfortable double bed and a radiator that keeps it very warm. There’s Wi-Fi. Shared items on the floor include dishes, a kettle, a hairdryer, and a microwave. The room has no desk, closet, coat hooks, or other storage space.
