We managed to book for six on the spur of the moment, even though it was peak season, which worked out well for our group of friends on a trip. There's a large terrace and a common room, with a chessboard in the shared area on the third floor. The rooms were okay, though the blankets felt a little cold. Good value for the price.

The owner is an artisan who paints beautiful pictures and sells them there. We felt so comfortable, thanks to the wonderful attitude and the excellent coffee machine. Our room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and there was a kitchen where we could cook. Without a doubt, the best hotel and people in Georgia. Thank you so much, we'll definitely come back.

The rooftop bar looked like it was always closed. The rooms were okay, though a bit chilly since there was no heating in September. Guests can use a shared kitchen and common room, and the washing machine costs a small fee. The location is great, right in the center down a little alley, with a grocery store open 24 hours nearby. Rooms on the higher floors have lovely views of the surroundings.

Really good place to stay in mestia, with clean rooms and beautiful artwork. The hotel views are great too.

We ended up staying longer than we meant to. The room was spacious enough, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice too. It's close to the square but still quiet, and there's a beautiful view from the balcony.
