Everything you need is close by, and the owners were lovely to chat with. A really nice place.

The owners were kind, and when we left they even gave us a ride to the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, with the best shower we had in Georgia: hot water and good pressure. Breakfast isn't included, but Georgian bread is practically in the garden, so you won't go hungry. Good value for the price.

Right by Seti Square, Svan-Ski is about as central as you can get in Mestia. Gegi made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the heater was much appreciated. There’s also an open kitchen, a living room, and a washing machine, along with the basic amenities you might need. We had a memorably pleasant stay and hope to come back.

The location in central Mestia worked really well, especially for hikers heading out on the Mestia-Ushguli hike. The owners were very friendly, and the shower was the best we had in Georgia. A really nice place.

After a trek, sitting with coffee on the veranda in the afternoon was the best part. The couple who run the place were friendly and gave us plenty of advice about hikes, treks, and getting to and from the guesthouse. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and there’s a big kitchen. They also kept our extra bags while we were hiking. Highly recommend.
