The rooms were spacious and clean during our stay, and breakfast was really good. The bathroom is a little dated, though still usable. We got in late, around 22.00, and had a hard time finding food; luckily, we eventually found somewhere in the center. It’s a bit farther from the center than some other places, but we had a nice stay.

The hosts were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent, with eggs, frankfurters, khachapuri, bread, cake, jam, and salads. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center. To reach the bedrooms you pass through the family’s home, and the rooms themselves are simple but comfortable. Our private bathroom was separate from the room, used by the family for laundry, and its shower was broken, though they let me use one in another room. You can hear through the thin walls.

Sofia made us feel right at home, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Our room was spotless, and the views from this guesthouse are incredible. It’s in a fantastic location, too. Such a welcoming host, I’d recommend staying here!

The owners were so, so welcoming, and the breakfasts were easily the best we had during our three weeks in Georgia. I also loved the design: new wooden floors and walls, comfortable beds, and lovely bedsheets that feel great to the touch. Best design in Mestia, for me.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the best we slept in in Georgia. Our room was huge and clean, and the owners were so friendly. Sakhli Laghamshi is a fantastic guest house, definitely worth a visit!
