The family who runs it gives you such a warm welcome, and the vintage decor feels full of stories. There are hand-painted wooden balconies with traditional patterns, stone walls, handmade touches, and cozy antique furniture. Tucked among the mountains of Upper Svaneti, this traditional home is a memorable place to slow down, relax, and explore. It offers a real taste of Georgian hospitality and a return to a simpler kind of stay. Sharing just a glimpse of the beauty here… 💚

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner 🤍 It’s a wonderful place to stay in Mestia if you want a feel for Svanetian heritage. I’d definitely tell my friends to stay here when they visit 🥰

Hotel Villa Mestia feels like a cozy home away from home. The hostess was so warm and welcoming, which made everything feel personal and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but absolutely delicious, and our kids ate every bite, which is rare. Chester the dog is the heart and soul of the house. My daughter fell completely in love with this proud little host! 😘👍 Highly recommend it if you’re visiting Mestia. The people of Israel live.

It’s a cute, warm, cozy place, more like a guesthouse or hostel because of the family and friends vibe. The location feels just right, about a 7-8 minute walk to the center, lively but still peaceful. The owner made us two delicious homemade dinners, and we were so grateful. We’d definitely stay here again if we get the chance. Just one small thing, when all four rooms showered at the same time, there wasn’t enough water 😅 but we managed 😆
