We spent Georgian New Year here and had a great time. It's close to the center of Mtskheta. Breakfast is available in the morning if you want it, and other people sometimes stay there too, giving the place a more mature, hostel-like feel. The owner is nice and speaks English, some Portuguese, and Georgian.

It's very clean and close to the center, so I'd stay here again. From samtavro church, walk up and follow the road for 8 mins. Turn left when you get there, but don't go up the hill. The house is just before that left turn.

The family is laid-back, and the area is quiet and beautiful. We stayed dancing on the balcony until late.

A modest family cottage or guest house for a short stay in Georgia. The owners are very humble and supportive.
