The location is lovely, with everything you need close by, and the view from the room is nice and peaceful. The restaurant serves hot, fresh food, and the woman working there on the 4th floor was especially helpful. It also seems to be one of the few properties with an elevator, though nobody was available to help with our luggage. For 200+ Gel, there are plenty of better options around. My balcony was only big enough for two people to stand on, and my room wouldn't lock from the inside. I can't speak for the whole hotel. We arrived at midnight and asked reception about a late checkout. He said yes, but the next day, while we were taking it easy, we were told to leave the room as soon as possible. I didn't even have time to shower. We were also asked to pay 20 Gel per person to use the pool the next morning. The stay was okay, I mean, just “okay.” Thank you!

The rooms, particularly on the 3rd and 4th floors, and the terrace offer a magnificent view of the historic sites and the two rivers where they meet. The setting is cosmic and matchless, and seeing it for yourself says it all. From outside, the hotel looks much better than some parts do inside. The rooms and other interior spaces clearly need repairs. The city seems to be in a deep economic crisis, so getting that work done may be extremely difficult. Prices are high, while the service is below average, and the food is much the same.

We had a wonderful, relaxed weekend and would like to come back with family and friends. The room scored 9/10, as did the restaurant staff on deck. The panoramic restaurant on the 4th floor is worth trying, and we rated the food 9/10. The waitresses on duty also got 9/10, especially impressive given their young age. The pool needs attention for cleanliness, so 5/10 there. It's a little jewel just steps from Svetitskhoveli cathedral and Nino Monastery. We were heading back to Tbilisi, hoping to unwind and see the surrounding area, where there's so much to do. We were warned about the AC ahead of time, so no complaint on that, but it should be fixed. A note for the owners: please put clear flyers in the rooms showing where the panoramic restaurant is, a copy of the menu, its opening hours, and details about the pool. Whoever is on shift should also regularly clear away dirty beverages. All is in details. Thank you.

We stayed during the heatwave, but the air conditioning in our room wasn't working. The hotel couldn't fix it and offered only a small 16.5% discount, which was highly unsatisfactory.
