This little family-run hotel has such a homely feel, and its location is excellent. The rooms are pretty and cozy, and I felt right at home. Many thanks to the lovely hostess for looking after us so well. ❤️

The room was comfortable, and the host was quick to respond and helpful. Breakfast was really good too, with homemade sausage. Best of all, the location is right behind the cathedral, with direct access to the old town’s cobbled streets.

For our group of five, choosing to stay overnight in Mtskheta instead of Tbilisi worked out wonderfully, and this place made a big contribution to the trip. The house is near Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, with a peaceful, almost therapeutic feel. It has what you need, including a front yard, private parking, and a balcony for relaxing. Everything was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and cared for with guests’ needs in mind. Arranging our arrival was easy, and breakfast was truly spectacular, with a personal touch from the owner’s wonderful, thoughtful mother, Lela. Leaving after such a short stay was unexpectedly emotional. We wished we could have stayed longer, and we’ll be back.

The host was amazing, and the room was great. We came in winter, though I suspect the area is much prettier in warm weather. The location is also very convenient for nearby sights. To get in by car, you need to call so someone can lift the gate. I forgot, even though that detail was in the confirmation, and parked in a nearby public lot instead. The walk from there is steep and cobbled, and could be a bit much for some. Breakfast was great, and she was very helpful.
