Georgi was so kind and helpful, and the spacious, comfortable rooms made it feel like staying with family. They cook meals themselves in their own kitchen for guests. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had to leave too early to try the breakfast, but I'd love to come back and see more of the town and area. Giorgi welcomed us like a family member, and we loved our comfortable room and its amazing balcony view of the mountain and church. It had everything we needed. The kitchen didn't have a stove, though that wasn't a problem for us. If you're arriving by car, ask Giorgi to open the gate. It isn't difficult, and he was happy to do it.

The location was perfect, right outside the cathedral wall. Our room was warm in early December, and the bed was comfortable. There was a little kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, and kettle. Since we were the only guests on our first night, Giorgi moved us to a larger room, which was a nice touch. He also drove us to the train station so we didn't have to walk in the cold.

We had a huge, delicious breakfast, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The location near the cathedral is amazing, with a courtyard where you can sit in the sun. I'd recommend it.

Host Giorgi was wonderful and very welcoming. The house is comfortable and right in the centre of mtskheta. It feels more like a rented apartment than a hotel, which I liked, and there's an oven and refrigerator in the shared area. A lovely choice for some peaceful time in Mtskheta.
