This boutique style hotel is very new, having opened in August 2024, and sits on the outskirts of Mtskheta. From the rear garden, the views of the Aragvi River and Jvari Monastery are spectacular. There’s a great pool, possibly the only hotel pool in Mtskheta, and a splendid vineyard growing overhead on the pergola alongside it. Sergei, the manager, is very friendly and helpful, and might even offer you a glass of the house wine if you ask nicely. We stayed in the family room and had no complaints apart from the slightly underpowered Aircon. Breakfast was basic, with toast, omelette, cheese, and juice charged extra, but decent enough. All things considered, five stars given the limited choice of hotels in Mtskheta.

The staff were kind, and the place felt peaceful and cozy. The pool was good, with sunbed towels included. We liked the dishes and cocktails too. If you're looking for somewhere near Mtskheta, this is a good option.
