A lovely veranda for relaxing outside, and the rooms are clean. Some have a view and a private bathroom. The food is good, and the owner is very welcoming. You can arrange horse rides or a transfer to Kakheti through them. I’d recommend staying here while visiting this beautiful, remote area.

We really felt like part of the family during our stay. They arranged our pickup in Avali and the transfer over Abbano Pass, and looked after us with accommodation, breakfast, and dinner. Such a lovely family and a wonderful visit.

The owner was friendly, and her daughter speaks English quite well. Our room and the bathroom were clean, and the balcony was a nice spot to sit outside. The price came out higher than Booking.com had said, though, and felt a little steep compared with guesthouses of a similar standard.

We’ve stayed here twice and felt at home each time. The family atmosphere is lovely, the food is excellent, and the surrounding views are beautiful. Paata can take you to some wonderful places in Tusheti, including Gometsari Gorge, Dartlo, Girevi, and Diklo. Highly recommend it.
