The owner clearly cares about guests and the business. I stayed one night and was surprised by how spotless the house was and how carefully everything had been prepared. The service felt like what you’d expect at a good hotel, and it was better than most places in Poti, hands down. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

I spent four days here and loved the garden, especially the fresh figs and grapes. There is a self-service car wash next door, though, and from about 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. the vacuuming and washing take away from the quiet if you’re sitting outside with coffee or wine. Indoors, the air conditioning and windows kept the noise out during my August stay. I care a lot about peace and quiet, so I’d give the place a solid 9 out of 10. The owner, Natalya, is a warm, caring, charming person and extremely focused on cleanliness. Everything was neat and sparkling. She even mops the communal kitchen and stylish living room twice a day. I also met her daughter, who cleaned one day, and her sweet, polite grandson. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the WiFi strong and reliable. Storage is limited, though. That might be fine for a night or two, but a couple staying longer could run out of room for their things. There’s a spot for a wardrobe under the AC, so it’s surprising there isn’t one. A wardrobe about 1.5 metres wide and a table half again as large as the current one would make it easier to put away clothes and bags and enjoy the room’s minimalist design.

Natalia and the host were amazing. Laundry service was great, and there was WiFi, coffee, tea, and a mini fridge stocked with things. MADLOBA!!!

Everything felt safe and comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful. The hotel was very clean, with care given to every detail. Highly recommend it if you’re passing through Poti.
