We hadn’t planned it, but stopped in a few days ago for a wine tasting and were glad we did. The wines were lovely, the gentleman who showed us around gave wonderful service, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We didn’t stay overnight, though the hotel looked fantastic. Well worth visiting or staying at. Thanks so much!

I can’t picture Kaheti without this place. It’s my favorite spot in Georgia for getting away, and the owner Alexi has become like a Georgian grandpa to us. His wine is delicious. Whenever we visit, we take as much as we can back home :)

We went cycling nearby and came back for a refreshing dip in the pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food, wine, and attentive service were all great. We had a wonderful stay at Shaloshvili's and will be back soon. Thank you!

A relaxed, welcoming base for a few nights if you want to discover Georgian wine culture and try the wine and chacha they make. Hostess Helena is cheerful, very helpful, and speaks flawless English. She and the rest of the staff make sure hotel guests have what they need for a comfortable stay. You can also call ahead to arrange pickup from where you’re staying before arrival.

Even as a Georgian, I was still impressed two weeks after visiting. It’s cozy, clean, entertaining, and inspiring, but you really need to experience it yourself to see what I mean. Come enjoy a day, taste real Georgian wine, and catch the beautiful sunrise over the vineyards with the high mountains in view. Highly recommended! The food quality was superb too.
