The shared space has a lovely warm feel, with books and a great view. You can see the mountains from both sides of the rooms, and while the Kazbeg mountain side is worth asking for, the other view is beautiful too. Breakfast is a reasonable buffet, the heating in the rooms is good, and the family hosts are helpful with great service. It’s a charming small hotel. My only suggestion would be to improve the beds, which felt a bit small and flimsy for me as I’m somewhat overweight. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I totally recommend it.

We had a deeply upsetting stay. The host was unwelcoming from the beginning, and things got so uncomfortable and unsafe that the two of us, both women, left at 12:30 AM with all our luggage. Even in those circumstances, she showed no empathy and wouldn’t give us a refund. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were very comfortable here, and the owners were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their breakfast was amazing too. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Breakfast was included and very good, fresh and satisfying. Our room was small, but the view was stunning. This is a cozy, charming family hotel with kind, welcoming staff. Communication was difficult, though: the owners were the only people who spoke a little English, and they were rarely around during our stay. We had no WiFi for a whole day, which was stressful because we needed to plan the next day. With the language barrier, it was hard to communicate or get help. It’s a warm and pleasant place, but expect limited English and occasional connection problems.
