After we returned from the mountains, there were no rooms available, we were told. We’d booked ahead, but got delayed in a border traffic jam, so moved the reservation to the next day and paid for two days, the day we arrived and the day after climbing Kazbek. When we asked to get one day refunded, they refused, saying we had already stayed for two days.
