The location is great, but that's about it. There's a well-stocked bar in the dining room, though it only operates for a mediocre breakfast. There's something like a curfew after 9 pm, so this hotel seems best for older people who go to sleep by then. If you like having fun, stay somewhere else.

The family-run hotel stood out for its kind, welcoming staff, always ready to help with local tips or anything else I needed. My room had everything I needed to feel comfortable, and was clean, modern, and cozy, with an incredible view of Mount Kazbek and Gergeti Trinity Church from the balcony. The setting is peaceful, though it's a short walk from the town center. Breakfast was simple but fresh. I had an amazing stay at Hotel Grand View in Mount Kazbegi, and would definitely return for the mountain views and warm hospitality.

The terrace was the highlight for me. The mountain views were breathtaking, whether I was having morning coffee or watching the sunset. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable, and the hotel felt peaceful and cozy. The staff welcomed us warmly from the start and took great care of us throughout our stay. It felt like home right away. I'd highly recommend Grand View to anyone visiting Stepantsminda for the comfort, quiet, and genuine hospitality. With love family from room 700❤️🇰🇿

The owners, wonderful Georgian women, were incredibly respectful, kind, and patient. Their tolerance and patience with my stubborn kids really stood out, something fellow parents will understand. The breathtaking view and fresh open air lifted my mood, and breakfast was simple but delicious, with genuine hospitality.

They even arranged a tour guide for us and let us park right by the entrance, which was really convenient. Since we had an early start, they also prepared a special breakfast for us. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and we felt at home the moment we walked in. We left with happy memories and full hearts. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Highly recommend it if you're visiting Kazbegi!
